Terms and Conditions for Table Bookings at The Goat Yard
1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per seat is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill. There is also a 50p per head administration fee added, which is not deducted from the final bill.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your booking, please contact us to reschedule.
- For bookings of 6 or fewer people, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance.
- For bookings of 7 to 9 people, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required.
- For bookings of 10 or more people, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required.
Failure to provide the appropriate notice will result in the loss of your deposit and the inability to reschedule.
3. No shows & late parties
If your party is a no show, then you automatically lose your deposit; if your party is late (under 15 mins) and you let us know, then this time is taken from your table time as not to affect the next booking. If you are over 15 mins late and you haven’t contacted us, then the deposit is lost, and the table is released to walk-in customers.
4. Minimum Spend
There is a minimum spend requirement of £30 per seat for all bookings made on Friday and Saturday nights only.
5. Age Restrictions
Entry to The Goat Yard is restricted to individuals aged 25 and over from 9 PM to midnight. Fridays and Saturday nights. Proof of age may be required.
6. General Conditions
By making a booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
7. Deposits
Deposits are non-transferable for food or takeaways.
8. Orders
- £30 per seat on minimum spend
- During live music events and busy times we will ask you to order at the bar
- All food and drinks tabs to be closed
- Need to be closed at 9pm for bar service only
